Pages/Hard Drive ('000)  This shows the number of documents that can be stored on the Drive
assuming the average page size shown in the heading. E.g. an 80Gb Hard drive with an average 
document size of 100k will allow the storage of 800 000 documents on that Hard Drive
Running Metres/Hard Drive This equates the pages on the hard drive to how many metres of
wall space they would use. A conservative estimate based on 5000 pages per metre. This would
probably be closer to 3000 per metre with a correspondingly larger wall usage.
800 000 documents would cover at least 160 meters of wall space
4 Drawer Cabinets replaced Using 3 meters per 4 drawer filing cabinet capacity. Once more
a conservative estimate. 800 000 documents or 160 meters wall space will fill 53 filing cabinets
Storage Cost Document page How much does it cost to store the document. In the above case
just slightly more than 1 tenth of a cent.
